MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

Cotswold Estates & Gardens currently has five teams dedicated to maintenance with an annual turnover of approximately £250,000. By allocating contracts to personnel on a long term basis, we aim to develop a sense of pride to ensure work is undertaken to the high standards which we, and our clients, expect.

Sites are visited on a minimum fortnightly basis throughout the growing season and monthly throughout the winter. Our teams are trained in skills such as pruning, as we aim to avoid the utilitarian approach seen so often, and rather seek to see the natural plant forms flourish.

The success of this regime is demonstrated by the repeat work we secure which is illustrated by the following selection of our contracts:

Grounds Maintenance At The Richmond Care Village, Letcombe Regis, Wantage

Grounds maintenance is carried out to this retirement community in Oxfordshire. This includes grass cutting of fine lawns, the management and cutting of wild flower meadows and the maintenance to herbaceous and shrub beds. Native hedges and woodland areas are also maintained as are areas of Brownian understory. The care of ornamental ponds and the management of waterside biodiversity areas are included as well.
